Jessica joined Aurora Animal Care Community in February 2026. She was born and raised in Youngstown, where her lifelong love for animals began. From an early age, she felt called to veterinary medicine, driven by a deep desire to advocate for and care for animals in need. Over time, her passion for animal health expanded into an appreciation for leadership and operations, where she discovered fulfillment in supporting teams and strengthening practice management to better serve patients and clients.

As a resident of Mantua, she feels a strong responsibility to support her surrounding communities through compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.

As a practicing Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), Jessica has previous experience in general practice, surgery, and emergency medicine. She thrives in high-pressure situations where skill, teamwork, and compassion come together to make a meaningful difference for patients and their families.

Jessica earned her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Medicine from Stautzenberger College in 2012, obtaining her RVT license the same year. She later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, magna cum laude, from Hiram College in 2020 and completed her Master of Business Administration at Western Governer's University in 2025. She is Fear Free Certified, maintains her certification, and will have completed her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) credential by the end of 2026.

Committed to professional growth, Jessica is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Veterinary Hospital Manages Association (VHMA).

Outside of work, she enjoys working out, hiking, beekeeping, and spending time with her husband and their four beloved Cocker Spaniels- Woofie, Bessie, Eamon, and Salt Lick- who continually remind her why she chose this profession.
