Certified Pharmacy TechnicianMeet Todd, a dedicated certified pharmacy technician and proud Ohio native. Graduating with honors and achieving the highest academic average from pharmacy technician school, Todd initially pursued a career in banking before discovering his true passion for pharmacy in 2015.
Kathy
Registered Veterinary TechnicianKathy has been in the Veterinary Field for nearly 30 years. In the beginning of Kathy’s career, she started caring for dairy animals and then transitioned in to small animal medicine. Kathy has been working with the Aurora Veterinary Clinic since 2006!
Lisa
Registered Veterinary TechnicianLisa originally joined the Aurora Veterinary Care Center in 1999 and left in 2008 but rejoined our family in 2016 after living in Maui, Hawaii for a couple of years. Lisa graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology in 1999.
Heather T.
Registered Veterinary TechnicianHeather started at Aurora Animal Care Center in March 2024. Originally from Toledo, Ohio and now residing in Parma, she always knew she wanted to pursue a career in vet med. At the age of 30 she fulfilled her dream by successfully completing her veterinary technician degree.
Omar
Veterinary TechnicianOmar started with Aurora Animal Care Center in August of 2022. He is a veterinarian from Egypt working as a veterinary technician while he completes his licensing in the United States. While providing care for animals, Omar's dedication to his profession makes him a unique and driven individual.
Val
Veterinary AssistantVal joined the Aurora Veterinary Care Center in 1978. Val has grown with our practice and is integral part of our team. She loves helping animals and working with our amazing staff here at the clinic. Val lives in Paris Township with her 2 cats, Marblecakes and Naomi.
Kenzie
Veterinary AssistantKenzie joined the Aurora Animal Care Center in December 2020 after finishing school at North Coast Medical Training Academy to become a Veterinary Assistant. She has always had an interest in veterinary medicine and enjoys the knowledge and experience she gains while working with the team.
Jack
Veterinary AssistantJack joined Aurora Animal Care Center in July 2021. He enjoys hiking with his Dutch Malinois Dragon and watching movies. Jack enjoys working with the animals in the clinic and being an advocate for them and their well-being. His special interest in the veterinary field is animal behavior.
Michelle
Veterinary AssistantMichelle joined the team in March 2020. She was previously a banker for 10 years. Michelle has four pets: a beagle named Molly, a yorkie/shihtzu named Vern, a kitten named Georgia, and a cat named Ember. Michelle likes spending time with family, friends, and really enjoys

Veterinary AssistantNatalie has been with Aurora Animal Care Center since 2021. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelors of Science in Fashion Merchandising. Her real passion lies with animals.
Faith
Veterinary AssistantFaith joined the Aurora Animal Care Center team in August of 2023. Originally from Richmond, Kentucky, she is involved in animal studies and conservation. Faith's academic journey includes Eastern Kentucky University, where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Animal Studies in 2024.
Brooke
Veterinary AssistantBrooke became part of the Aurora Animal Care Center team in November 2023. Originally from Brecksville, Ohio she relocated to Streetsboro during elementary school and has called it home ever since. Brooke's childhood surrounded by various animals sparked her passion for this career path.
Heather A.
Client Service TeamHeather started with Aurora Animal Care Center in March 2024. She is a Cleveland native and now resides in the countryside with her husband and daughter along with their three pets: Sandy (pictured above) and cats Willow and Sassy.
Sam the Alligator
Clinic AmbassadorSam was found lost in our parking lot. After unsuccessfully trying to reunite him with his family, he decided that since we were so nice to take him in that he would just stay with us.
