Veterinarian
Dr. Teynor joined Aurora Animal Care Community as an associate veterinarian in June 2026 after graduating from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2026. She grew up in Carey, Ohio, and attended the University of Toledo, where she received her Bachelor of Science in 2020.
From a young age, Dr. Treynor knew she wanted to become a veterinarian. Her passion for animals, science, and building lasting relationships with clients led her to pursue a career dedicated to improving the lives of both pets and their families. She particularly enjoys the combination of medicine, problem-solving, and client education that veterinary medicine provides. Her professional interests include internal medicine, preventative care, and soft tissue surgery. She especially enjoys managing chronic medical conditions and partnering with pet owners to develop long-term treatment plans to improve quality of life.
Dr. Teynor is Fear Free Certified and is a member of the AVMA. She is committed to lifelong learning and pursuing continuing education opportunities to provide the highest standard of care for her patients.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Teynor enjoys reading, horseback riding, sewing, and embroidery. She shares her home with her husband Keaton and their two English Setters, Sybil and Dutton, along with their horse Gunner.
